Powieść angielska, w szczególności twórczość Charlesa Dickensa i Josepha Conrada, a także recepcja ich twórczości w Polsce, wczesne przekłady i współczesne retranslacje, adaptacje i refrakcje. Wielojęzyczność Josepha Conrada. Teoria i praktyka przekładu, zwłaszcza przekładu literackiego.
